Registration Cost:  US$ 40.00 (amount set at the meeting CPMTB in Pava, Chile, March 21, 2009)

1. The event will provide accommodation for 16 athletes and two delegates only.
   
   If the team has more athletes, please indicate on separate registration form how many more athletes are coming so we can quote you the cost of lodging and food.
2. The registration form must be filled and  must have the firm and stamp of their cycling federation, only then the form will be accepted.

Requirements:

• Updated UCI License  of country that presents the passport.
• Each country will be able to register a maximum of ten competitors per category.
• The organization of MTB Pan-American Championship will be providing lodging for 16 competitors, a delegate and a technical or mechanical attendee, doing a whole of 18 participants per National Team, starting from lunch of Wednesday, the 7th of April and finishing with the dinner of Sunday, the 11th of April, 2010.
• Countries must send the names of the complete Team, delegates and mechanic, for the respective lodging control.
• For the transportation from the airport to the hotel, all countries must send the amount of passengers, date, flight number and arrival time at AuroraInternational Airport Guatemala City (GUA).
  Note: There will be only one pick up for every National Team at the International airport.
• Deadline of this information is March 26,2010. The Organizing Committee does not take responsibility for the reception, transportation and receipt in airport and hotels of those countries that do not send this information according to the established date.
• Send the complete registration form with the UCI code of each one of the members, as well as photographs in JPG format; this is needed in order to send the official invitation of the event.
• Every Team will have to report at the moment of its registration the date, time and flight number of departure to coordinate it’s transportation which will be available without cost from Sunday, the 11th to Monday, the 12 th of April, 2010.
